The tenancy includes the entire upper floor of a house where my parents, a kind and caring elderly couple, reside on the ground floor. The entrance to the house is shared, with a private staircase to the apartment inside the house. Within a 600-meter radius, you’ll find: - Supermarkets (Lidl, Netto, Irma) - A few shops & restaurants - Bus and train services to Lyngby and downtown Copenhagen. Lyngby itself boasts large shopping centers, a cinema, numerous restaurants, bars, and more. For trips to Copenhagen, Sorgenfri station (600 meters away) has direct trains to Nørreport Station in 20 minutes. The 45 square meter apartment features: - A newly constructed bathroom with a shower - A cozy bedroom of approx. 8 m2 with two single beds. - A nice living room that includes a kitchen, dining area, sofa space, and a desk. - The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, sink, and private utensils/plates.
